In the internet age, we all know the importance of internet advertising. People use the internet for almost everything: planning trips, finding entertainment, locating maps and hours of businesses, and much more. We will design a website for your farm with the web address of your choice for a price even lower than it would cost just to "rent" space on the internet for a site.

How is this possible?

In order to have a website, all the information stored on a website must be stored on a computer somewhere that is always on the internet. This is called a hosting provider. Then, when someone tries to find your site, they type in your web address, called a Domain Name, and the address tells your computer the location of the computer that stores your website. This then automatically finds and displays your site. The biggest expense of a website lies in two things: designing the site and the special computer to store your site.

With this special hosting service that we provide, you can choose your own domain name. This means you can name your site whatever you want, such as your farm name (www.mycornmaze.com). This allows visitors to easily find your site and not worry about long names to type in to find your site.

Your domain will then direct the visitor to a special place on Corn Mazes America's site. This way you do not end up paying one of the two big costs: the price of a computer to store your site. Since CMA already has a site, we will store your information on our site for free.

What kind of ads are included on my site?

This is completely ad and popup free. Since you are paying for this service, this is your website even though your files on stored in Corn Mazes America's website.

Will the address bar show www.cornmazesamerica.com when visitors are on my site?

This is your choice. If you choose, it will only show your basic domain at all times. Go to www.mycornmaze.com and see an example. If you want to show visitors the exact page they are on, then www.cornmazesamerica.com will be part of the name.

Do I have to hire someone to design my site?

Absolutely not! We will do all the designing for you. Your site will include up to 8 free pages of information about your farm including maps, photos, and links that you include. However, if you would like to be able to edit or design your site, you may do so by using Microsoft's Frontpage web publishing program.

Do I have to have a maze or be a customer of Corn Mazes America to have a site?

No. Websites for CMA maze customers costs $75.00/year. The cost for non-maze customers is $125.00/year. This includes the cost of the domain name. We also design for farms that do not even have a maze. If you have a farm market, vegetable farm, pumpkin patch, apple orchard, nursery, Christmas tree farm, or other agri-tourism attraction, then we can design a site for you.

Do I have to have my site located on CMA's website? Can't I pay for my own site?

We can work with you so have your own web hosting for additional fees. Please contact us for more information.
